Here at Peak UK we are lucky enough to live and work in the Peak District National Park. We may not have a lot of kayaking but we do have rolling hills, rugged moorland and stunning scenery around every corner. Inspired by the Peak District is a collection of businesses operating in and around the Peak, including the Derbyshire Dales, Staffordshire Moorlands and High Peak.
The aim of the group is to promote and protect enterprise, jobs and connectivity in the area. The Inspired by the Peak District brand increases a sense of community and cohesion amongst local businesses and traders.
Founder of Peak UK Pete Astles: "The Peak District is the perfect place for us. We have fantastic countryside and outdoor sports on our doorstep, and yet we are only a short journey from major cities such as Manchester, Sheffield and Nottingham.

Aside from a short spell in Nottingham Peak UK has been based in Derbyshire since its beginnings 25 years ago and we are extremely proud of our region, and the people who live and work in it. We are therefore pleased to be displaying the group's logo on our website, our vehicles, at our factory and beyond.
We recently welcomed Jim from Thornbridge Ales, a local business owner and founding member of Inspired by the Peak District down to our Darley Dale factory to check us out, have a tour and maybe, just possibly, a swift half too...
