Wrapid Fit PFDs
Our top-end PFD collection has received a complete design overhaul. Progressing our patented design concept Wrapid Fit, we are excited to launch four new models to our collection. For Sea and Touring paddling, two front zip opening models, Wraptor Zip and Wraptor H2O. For recreational and WW paddling, two side opening vest styled models, Wrapid Vest and Wrapid Guide.
All models feature our unique Wrapid Fit entry / fitting system along with updated 3D pattern designs that sculpt and mould the flotation foam around the paddler’s body, paired with interlocking, overlapping, highly chamfered foam that provides an unrivalled wearing experience. The back panel of the PFD features our Internal Secure Wrap System - where extended wing panels wrap around the lower torso, securely and comfortably fitting between the paddler’s waist and rib cage. The front of the PFDs are connected to the back panels with various webbing adjusters, side release buckles and chest harness - dependent on model / intended use.
The Internal Secure Wrap System is so incredibly secure, once in a seated position the PFD hardly rides up the wearer - even when in full, active use. This system also means we’ve been able to remove the lower waist webbing adjustment strap - thus reducing the overall height of the PFD, a huge advantage to the wearing experience and comfort.
In the women’s sizes we have further shortened and widened the overall PFD shapes in line with our collected #shepaddlespeak data set ( we surveyed over 300 women from a global audience and attended #shepaddles events hosted by of partners Plas y Brenin and Glenmore Lodge ) , whilst at the same time creating an internal stepped foam area that comfortably accommodates a wide variety of chest shapes. All models feature a greater size range offering, now available in sizes 10/12. 14/16 and 18/20.

Wrapid Vest:

Wrapid Guide:
The ultimate PFD for whitewater kayakers: the Wrapid Guide features our Wrapid Fit entry system, an array of storage options and a clean lined, fully adjustable chest harness. The interlocking, overlapping foam outlay makes for a low profile, super secure and high performing PFD - ideal for any and all WW adventures.
The front of the PFD is connected to the back with a chest harness and a large robust buckle, adjusted with rear tensioners. Teamed with our one-piece, fully integrated, figure hugging shoulder straps, the Wrapid Guide is easy to fit, hyper secure & ultra comfortable.

Wraptor Zip:
Reliable and highly versatile, the Wraptor Zip features an array of different storage and attachment options for all your on-water essentials. The front of the PFD is connected to the back with twin side straps and adjusted with rear tension buckles. Compatible with our waist mounted Towlines, a cut away section on the lower rear panel accommodates our 15M Towline neatly and comfortably.

Wraptor H2O:
The ultimate PFD for sea kayaking - the Wraptor H2O features our Wrapid Fit entry system, an array of storage and attachment options and a sleek rear H2O pocket. Upper chest and shoulder attachment webbing loops are ideal for H2O hose clip, radio or EPIRB devices for a truly personalised PFD layout. The large H2O pocket on the rear can easily hold a 1.5L bladder - ideal for hydrating on the move.
