Peak UK at Paddle Expo 2016

Another year another award! We have just returned home from the long journey to Nuremburg for the 2016 Paddle Expo international trade show. Once again all the hard work over the last twelve months paid off as we picked up the award for the Coolest Gear of the Show in the apparel category. The award this time was for our ground breaking Racer ST three-in-one piece which helped Joe Clarke to Olympic gold this summer in Rio.

We also launched several more new innovative products and updated favourites for 2017 including One Piece Suits, accessories, our new Ocean Bothy for hardened sea kayakers and a new Marathon Racer jacket and pfd. Everything was extremely well received and feedback was overwhelmingly positive throughout the show so we are all feeling pretty happy (and busy!) back at Peak UK HQ right now. Keep an eye out for more information on the new kit over the upcoming weeks and months!

As always at Paddle Expo it was great to see our customers from all over the globe as well as friends and colleagues throughout the industry. Needless to say, we brought home very few of the many, many bottles of Thornbridge Ale that made the long trip out to Germany with us.
